New Hampshire’s farmers, foresters, and producers are the backbone of our economy – it is essential we support them.

I am proud to bring the voices of Granite State producers to Congress to deliver for our small family farms and rural communities. From conserving our lands to supporting beginner farmers and promoting rural development, there are so many ways to lift up our farmers.

Conserving our lands. New Hampshire is home to some of the most beautiful land in the country, and we have a responsibility to protect it. I am proud to support initiatives to protect the environmental, agricultural, and historical significance of our state and will continue to do so.

Supporting beginner farmers. We must invest in the next generation of farmers to secure our nation’s food system and protect the integrity of the small and family-owned farms that define New Hampshire. I am proud to support federal initiatives and programs to incentivize young people to learn farming and jump-start their careers.

Promoting rural development. When we invest in our rural communities, our entire state feels the benefits. From expanding access to rural broadband to investing in workforce development and increasing access to affordable housing, I will continue working to support our rural communities.
