Congresswoman Annie Kuster (NH-02) has selected to serve on the Subcommittees on Commodity Exchanges, Energy, and Credit and Conservation and Forestry on the House Agriculture Committee. Kuster released the following statement on her assignment: 

“As one of only two Members from New England to serve on the House Agriculture Committee, I am excited to continue my service on this committee and stand up for Granite State producers. I am honored to join the Subcommittee on Commodity Exchanges, Energy, and Credit, and to continue to serve on the Conservation and Forestry Subcommittee for the 115^th Congress.

From our dairy producers, to our foresters and organic farmers, New Hampshire’s character is reinforced by the hardworking men and women who tend to their farms every day. As the committee begins to review all titles of the Farm Bill, I look forward to working with my colleagues in a bipartisan manner to strengthen Granite State agriculture interests.”
