(Tilton, NH) – On the 17th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, Congresswoman Annie Kuster (NH-02) joined veterans and their families to reflect upon the anniversary and give remarks on Patriot Day.

“On this day 17 years ago, a peaceful morning was shattered by unthinkable and senseless violence,” said Kuster. “We can never forget the thousands of innocent people who lost their lives on that fateful day. America remains forever grateful to the brave first responders who rushed towards danger to save our fellow citizens. On September 11th we also honor those who answered the call to service to protect our freedoms and way of life. To our men and women in uniform and their families, we owe a debt of gratitude that we can never fully repay.”
