Annie Kuster (NH-02) delivered student-made holiday cards to residents of the New Hampshire Veterans Home in Tilton as part of her seventh annual Holiday Cards for Heroes program. “It was wonderful to share some holiday cheer with Granite State veterans today,” said Kuster. “These Americans have given so much to us, it was my honor to help say ‘thank you’. These beautiful cards made by New Hampshire students are just one small way to express our deepest gratitude this holiday season.” For seven years, Congresswoman Kuster and her office have collected handmade cards from students across New Hampshire’s Second District to deliver to Granite State veterans as part of her Holiday Cards for Heroes program. Students at Wilkins Elementary School in Amherst, Paul Smith Elementary School in Franklin, Ed Fenn Elementary School in Gorham, Bethlehem Elementary School, Whitefield Elementary School, and Stark Elementary School created cards for this year’s program. ### |
