Today, Rep. Annie Kuster (NH-02) issued the following statement on the 47^th anniversary of the Supreme Court’s Roe v. Wade decision:

“Today marks 47 years since the Supreme Court’s historic Roe v. Wade decision, which ensured women have the constitutional right to make their own reproductive health care decisions. The vast majority of Americans support a woman’s right to choose, but over and over, we continue to see attempts by this administration, in Congress, and in state legislatures across the country to undermine Roe v. Wade and roll back decades of progress we have made towards women’s equality. These deeply personal private health care decisions are for a woman and her doctor to make. I will continue to do everything I can to protect the fundamental, constitutional right of women to control their own bodies and in turn, their lives and futures.
