Today, Congresswoman Annie Kuster (NH-02) released the following statement on the New Hampshire Supreme Court’s ruling on HB 1264: 

“Governor Sununu clearly indicated his opposition to a nearly identical measure, and I urge him to do the right thing and veto this attack on one of our nation’s most cherished rights,” said Kuster. “We should be encouraging more young people to be civically engaged and to vote, not creating barriers that make it harder for people to take part in our democratic process. We want young people to stay in our state and help grow our communities across New Hampshire.”
