“Today’s strong, bipartisan vote in the Senate moves our country one step closer to common sense, comprehensive immigration reform. Now it’s time for the House to do its part and follow suit. Both parties need to work together to fix our broken system by strengthening our borders, cracking down on employers who knowingly hire undocumented workers, and preserving opportunities for individual achievement and the pursuit of the American dream. It’s the right thing to do for our security, our economy, and our country.”
