Rep. Kuster Statement on the 18th Anniversary of the 9/11 Terrorist Attacks
(Washington, DC) – Today, Congresswoman Annie Kuster (NH-02) issued the following statement on the 18th anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks.
“Eighteen years ago today, our country was shocked and saddened by the despicable acts that took place at the World Trade Center, at the Pentagon, and in a field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. We will never forget the nearly 3,000 innocent lives lost and the brave men and women who saved so many in our greatest time of need. Today we also reflect on those who answered the call of duty in the days, weeks, months, and years following September 11th, many of whom made the ultimate sacrifice in the defense of our nation. We are forever grateful and will always carry them in our hearts. We will never forget.”
