Today, Congresswoman Annie Kuster (NH-02), a member of the House Committee on Veterans' Affairs, released the following statement on President Trump's signing of the State Veterans Home Adult Day Health Care Improvement Act of which she was a co-sponsor. This bill would allow state veterans homes to provide qualifying veterans with quality in-home care services. 

“As a member of Veterans' Affairs Committee, I'm committed to ensuring the men and women who have served our nation in uniform have access to the services and care they deserve, regardless of where they reside,” said Kuster. “This legislation allows veterans who wish to live independently to remain in the comfort of their homes and receive the care they need, bringing peace of mind to both veterans and their families. I am glad this commonsense bill has become law, and I will continue to advocate for policies that improve access to care both at the VA and in communities for veterans across the Granite State and around the country.”
