President Donald Trump delivered his second State of the Union address Tuesday night.

There was plenty of applause throughout his speech, but one moment in particular drew a bipartisan standing ovation.

"We also have more women serving in Congress than at any time before," Trump said.

As applause broke out across the House Chamber, U.S. Rep. Annie Kuster, D-N.H., did a "raise the roof" celebration, creating quite the buzz on Twitter.

Some people called for her reaction to be made into a GIF immediately.
