Concord, N.H. — Today, Rep. Annie Kuster (NH-02) met virtually with constituents in New Hampshire’s Second District who have received assistance from Rep. Kuster’s office since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Kuster spoke with Amy Loader of Hopkinton whose tax refund was delayed, Sreedevi Purayannur of Hudson who experienced extraordinary processing delays for an Employment Authorization Document renewal, Debra Hunt of Charlestown who needed assistance working with the Social Security Administration to reissue unreceived payments, and Russell Gielar and Sara Daly of Keene who experienced issues with passport processing delays. Kuster also discussed the constituent services her office provides.

“My office is here to aid Granite Staters throughout the Second District with their unique challenges,” said Rep. Kuster. “As we continue working to end this pandemic and fully recover, it is essential New Hampshire families and individuals have the support and help needed. Whether that help is securing passports or getting families their tax refunds, I’m proud of my staff for the work they do every day. People in my district who need assistance should not hesitate to reach out for support — we are here to help in any way we can.”

"Representative Kuster and her team got us our passports on time when there was no hope left,” said Russell W. Gielar of Keene. “It fully restored my faith in government when her office called me the next day! I was astonished at Erin Cotton's constant communication and determination until I had both passports in hand."
