Our Granite State veterans represent the best our state and country have to offer, and I was incredibly proud to have helped pass this critical legislation two years ago. The PACT Act grants our service members and veterans the benefits they deserve and are owed by expanding health care coverage for as many as 3.5 million veterans exposed to toxins during their service to our nation.
New Hampshire’s Second District is home to more than 46,000 veterans, and over the last two years, nearly 3,000 Granite State veterans have submitted PACT Act-related disability benefit claims. I’ll keep working to cut bureaucratic red tape so more service members, veterans, and their families can access the resources and support they deserve.
