Also, this week, I toured Heater Landing in Lebanon, which consists of 44 energy-efficient apartments, and spoke with local leaders about how this development can serve as a model to expand the affordable housing stock in New Hampshire.
New Hampshire will need 90,000 more housing units by 2040 to meet expected demand. If we’re going to reach that goal, we must start developing new projects now. I will continue working to expand access to affordable housing and ensure everyone in New Hampshire has the support they need to thrive.
